She is a Business Owner Coach with The Alternative Board Australia, where she helps business owners, in her own words, amplify the possible, uncover the invisible and write their next chapter in business and in life. Her work is about helping owners line their business up with what they want from their own lives, and building teams and cultures that get results. She meets people face to face in Townsville and online anywhere.

Castle Hill stands nearly 300 metres over the middle of Townsville, and it does something no other landmark here does: it puts everybody on the same path. Before work, the tradie, the surgeon, the student from JCU and the owner of the café on Flinders Street are all on the same track to the top, nodding at each other on the way up. Nobody climbs it to be introduced, but plenty of Townsville business has started with 'I see you up the hill most mornings'. This club is that path, made on purpose.
