Preethi Balasubramanian holds the Canadian end of the Bridge, from Toronto. She is a business transformation coach and operations consultant, and the founder of WonderEA. In her own words, she works with founders who are exceptional at what they do but exhausted from carrying everything alone, and helps them move from reactive, messy operations to calm, scalable systems that support both the business and the human running it. She brings over 15 years across executive support, HR, operations and systems design, and believes ease is a leadership strategy, not a reward at the end. Outside work she is a children's author and a parent. She speaks English, Hindi and Tamil.
Why a club has a named host
People in My Most Trusted meet because a real person put their own name to the introduction. That is why each club starts with one named, accountable host, and why a seat stays empty rather than being filled with a logo.
The India seat is open
The founding India host seat is open. A bridge needs somebody standing on both banks, and until the India host is named, every introduction that way runs through Preethi Balasubramanian alone. We are choosing that person now, one connector who already has a room of their own and wants to build their half from the first member onward.
