Elaine Godley holds the Portuguese end of the Bridge, and meets people in person in the Algarve. She founded The DISCPlus Academy, which trains coaches, leaders and teachers to use DISC behavioural profiling alongside physical wellbeing, and she mentors chief executives and chief operating officers as an Executive Health Mentor. Before that she spent more than twenty five years in the C-suite, including as a COO and a managing partner, and as a business turnaround consultant. She knows from lived experience how pressure shows up in the body, which is why she now works on both. By September 2026 she had made 134 introductions on My Most Trusted.
